1900 Nereus bulletin
1900 was the only year Nereus, formed in 1896, held a street parade. This parade was unique in that the floats were mounted on streetcar chassis, and lit by electricity supplied via the streetcar lines.
The bulletin even depicts the streetcar tracks running under the floats.
